MEMORABILIA

A large psychedelic poster featuring a portrait of Marc Bolan surrounded by highly detailed fantasy artwork in vivid pink, blue, yellow, green and purple. The design incorporates stars, clouds, fantastical creatures, figures and elaborate decorative borders.

Designed by Nigel Mentzel, the posters measure approximately 17.5 × 23.5 inches. The auction lot contained an estimated 500+ copies, with the quantity calculated from the approximate 19 kg total weight.

Some examples showed curling to the edges caused by poor storage.

The collection sold through Omega Auctions for £76.80.
